• Amaru demo at the Cardano Summit successful: Amaru can run on Raspberry Pi Zero; Distributed prototypes to interested SPOs present in Berlin;
• Amaru demo on 7th of November showed the simulation and execution pipelines;
• Progress made on moving everything to pure-stage architecture and limiting the dependencies as much as possible;
• Implemented mini protocols and removed dependencies from Pallas;
• Initial target of Q4 relay node release postponed: missing networking protocol and ledger rules implementation, planned now for Q1 2026;
• Started the conversation about 2026 budget, use cases, owners and scopes;
• Send back to the Cardano treasury unspent ADA and closed the 2025 books
